1. Acceptance

By using Äctvli PDF you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Äctvli PDF provides online PDF tools (merge, split, compress, etc.) and optional AI features. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to abuse the system (e.g. circumventing usage limits). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free and Pro

Free tier is subject to daily usage limits. Pro is a paid subscription; payment and refunds are handled by Stripe according to their terms. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the billing period.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for backing up your data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
